Alexander Yannai 22-24

About the project:

The Alexander Yanai project is a TMA 38/2 demolition and reconstruction project, as part of the urban renewal of the city of Tel Aviv

A collaboration between Soare Group and the Saliah Rothschild Group gave rise to a beautiful project; two classic buildings, sharing a common wall, merging with the peaceful street, and of course, designed and planned down to the last detail by the architect Yaniv Pardo.

The project has 37 apartments, of which 13 are for sale; from 3-room apartments to 5-room apartments, including penthouse apartments.

Expected occupancy in 2026.

*The project has gone to market.*

Location:

In-the-know Tel Avivians are familiar with Alexander Yanai Street as one of the most magical streets in the city. A one-way street, it is adorned with tall trees on both sides, creating a small, shady avenue. A stone’s throw from the light rail on Ibn Gavrirol, the lively Pinkas Street, and the pastoral Yarkon Park – intimate Alexander Yanai Street is one of the unique areas of Tel Aviv.

It is this urban-idyllic hybridity that makes it particularly desirable. The street is located in the old north of Tel Aviv and has been announced as particularly sought after for young couples and families.
