The project was chosen, among other things, because of its proximity of about 50 meters from the entrance to the Allenby light rail station. The project offers 26 residential apartments, ranging from studio apartments to three-room apartments, with commerce on the ground floor. The project benefited from the prestigious and unique design of architect Yaniv Parvo, one of the best in the country.
For this project, we set ourselves the goal of taking part in increasing housing accessibility for young people, and therefore the project’s apartments will be rented at controlled and accessible prices, furnished and at an architecturally-designed level of finish.
The project will be ready for occupancy in 2026.
