The Ussishkin 100 project is a TMA 38/2 demolition and reconstruction project, as part of the urban renewal of the city of Tel Aviv. We work in close cooperation with the best consultants and professionals in the field, and are involved in every detail of the project stages.
The success of the project is measured first and foremost by the level of satisfaction of our project partners – the apartment owners. Our team is in constant contact with the residents of the building, listens to all the needs and concerns that arise, and makes sure to provide a personal, professional and immediate response.
By collaborating with our project consultants and experts, we work to find the most creative and correct way to fulfill every desire and every need that arises. Landowners will gain new, safe, well-planned, and architecturally designed properties, down to the smallest detail.
The project will begin in 2025, and will be ready for occupancy in 2028.
*The project will not go on market.*
Ussishkin Street stretches parallel to the Yarkon River and along the famous and pastoral park. As such, it provides its residents with the opportunity to enjoy a green environment and a quality of life that only nature can provide. However, it is close to the bourgeois and urban heart of the Old North – Dizengoff, Basel, and the port. Within walking distance of all activity, recreation and leisure centers, Ussishkin Street proves that you can have your cake and eat it too.
The magical combination of nature and the city naturally attracts young people and adults who are not ready to give up urban life, but yearn for a little peace and some green surroundings.
